Founded by Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Masone Medical Aesthetics and Wellness is a boutique medical practice in historic Sayville, NY, where beauty meets wellness. Our mission is to make medical aesthetics and wellness more friendly, dynamic, and approachable—because confidence is timeless at every age.

Medically Supervised
WEIGHT LOSS
We now offer medically supervised weight loss under the supervision of our adult-geriatric nurse practitioner. We meet with our clients weekly and we use the In Body Scanner to analyze weight, BMI, and complete body composition. We also use a unique proprietary blend of vitamins, emotional support and nutritional advice to help you reach your goals towards health and wellness. Our program is extremely sought after and is helping many lose 2-4 pounds per week and keep it off without strict dieting or extreme exercise.
The Inbody uses bioelectrical impedance to measure your muscle mass, your fat mass, and give you a better understanding of your body composition.
GLP-1 is produced by the gut. It increases insulin production, a hormone that lowers the blood sugar level while inhibiting glucagon secretion, which is a hormone that raises blood sugar, reduces appetite and energy intake while delaying gastric emptying. It was first developed in 2012 as a longer-acting option to Liraglutide.
In 2017 this drug was approved as an anti-diabetic medication used to treat type 2 diabetes and obesity. In June 2021, it got approved for chronic weight management in obese individuals with a (BMI) ≥ 30 kg/m2) or overweight (initial BMI ≥ 27 kg/m2) with at least one weight-related comorbidity.
GLP-1 is an amino acid that benefits energy levels by transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they can be used as energy. For this reason, many take carnitine as a weight-loss supplement to help accelerate fat burning.

About Our Founder
Jeanna Masone
CEO & Founder | Nurse Practitioner
With more than two decades of nursing experience, Jeanna Masone has dedicated her career to blending medicine and artistry in the service of confidence, beauty, and wellness.
Although she dreamed of becoming a cosmetologist as a child, her mother encouraged her to pursue nursing, laying the foundation for a career that would eventually combine both passions. Jeanna began her nursing career at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, NY, working in the operating room, recovery room, and cardiology. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Stony Brook University in 2012, graduating summa cum laude.
Her advanced training includes certifications from Empire Medical Training, Galderma, and MINT PDO Threads. She also completed the Blackburn Course in Obesity Medicine at Harvard University and has pursued advanced education in Peptide Therapy and Hormone Management, positioning her at the forefront of longevity and wellness medicine. Since 2018, Jeanna has also trained alongside top plastic surgeons in New York City and Long Island, further refining her aesthetic expertise.
A longtime consumer of skincare and injectables herself, Jeanna brings a unique perspective to her patients: she understands both the clinical side of treatment and the emotional journey of wanting to look as vibrant as you feel. Jeanna founded her practice to make medical aesthetics and wellness approachable, fun, and confidence-boosting. With her signature mix of style, humor, and compassion, she helps clients embrace treatments in a way that feels natural and empowering—not intimidating. She is deeply inspired by the idea that we don’t have to age the way our parents and grandparents did—today, with advanced aesthetics, peptide therapy, hormone support, and wellness medicine, we can age differently: with vitality, confidence, and grace.
She believes true beauty is God-given, and her goal is never to change someone’s essence, but to enhance and preserve their natural features while optimizing overall health and longevity.

The field of aesthetics is notoriously difficult to enter, as few will hire anyone without experience, and by the same token it is difficult to obtain experience without employers willing to invest time in a new person.
At Masone Medical Aesthetics and Wellness we encountered some of these same challenges. We recently offered a job posting for an RN and received over 180 applications within days. We were obviously unable to hire 180 nurses, as our business is a smaller boutique type.
However, it really highlighted the need for a supportive environment within our industry that fosters mentorship and growth. Jeanna and her staff are committed to providing FREE informative video via instagram and Facebook weekly.
Jeanna prides herself on being the approachable injector. Therefore, she is available for shadowing opportunities for individuals and small groups of qualified health care providers that wish to elevate their skills and comfortability around injectables.

Find us at our new location. 69 Main Street Sayville NY 11782. Between Lacrosse Unlimited and Sayville Bean coffee shop. We have a green awning. Free parking available at the front and rear of the building.
